Mission Inc. was founded to address a fundamental challenge: why do some organisations thrive under pressure while others struggle? The answer lies in leadership. Our journey began when Andrew, our founder, took a struggling healthcare business and turned it around using intent-based leadership principles rooted in his military experience.
