Course Booking Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to bookings made for Mission Inc training courses and qualifications. By booking a course with Mission Inc Ltd you agree to the following terms.
Course Booking
To secure your booking, a non refundable deposit of £250 plus VAT (£300 at 20% VAT) is required.
Upon receipt of the deposit you will receive pre study materials consisting of core text relating to the qualification you have registered for.
Payment of Balance
The balance of the course fee is due no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of the course in order to confirm the booking.
Payment Methods
Payment can be accepted via the following methods:
- Cheque
- BACS transfer
Mission Inc Cancellation Policy
Mission Inc Ltd reserves the right to cancel a scheduled regional course or teleclass at our discretion, giving at least 24 hours notice.
In the event a course is cancelled, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative course date by email or telephone.
Customer Cancellation Policy
If the course is cancelled and you have made a fully paid booking you may transfer to an alternative date. If it is not possible to agree a transfer of your booking you may claim a full refund of the course fee.
If it is necessary for you to cancel a booking, please note the following policies.
All cancellations must be made in writing and include the following information:
- Name of the person scheduled to attend
- Course date
- Course name

No cancellation fee is charged if notice is received by Mission Inc within 72 hours after the attendee’s registration confirmation is emailed ("confirmation period").
Cancellations made after the confirmation period will receive a credit for the same course, which will expire one year after the date of issuance.
If a registrant cancels and does not reschedule at least 20 business days prior to the course start date, the full course fee will be charged or an existing training credit will be applied to cover the cancellation.
Registrants who do not provide cancellation notice, or who do not attend the course, will be charged the full course fee or any available training credit will be applied to cover the course fee.
Mission Inc is not responsible for travel costs, accommodation costs, airline tickets or any other expenses incurred as a result of course cancellation.
Substitution Policy
Attendee substitutions from within your organisation may be made at any time with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
All substitution requests must be made in writing and include the following information:
- Name of original attendee
- Name of replacement attendee
- Course name and date
Rescheduling Policy
Bookings may be rescheduled to another course date up to 20 business days prior to the course start date.
All rescheduling requests must be made in writing and include the relevant course and attendee information.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided if a cancellation notice is received by Mission Inc within 72 hours after the attendee’s registration confirmation is emailed ("confirmation period"), unless the booking is made by an individual consumer through a third party training marketplace, in which case the cancellation rights outlined in the "Bookings Made Through Third Party Marketplaces" section below apply.
Refunds are also provided when Mission Inc cancels a scheduled course.
In the event that Mission Inc cancels a course:
- You will receive email notification of the cancellation and be offered alternative course dates.
- If you choose to register for an alternative course date, a new registration confirmation will be issued.
If Mission Inc does not receive a new registration request within 10 business days, the refund will be processed as follows:
- If payment has not been received, the invoice will be cancelled.
- If payment has been received, the course fee will be refunded via electronic transfer either to the individual or to the organisation responsible for payment.

All complaints will be handled on a case by case basis.
Consumer Cancellation Rights
Where a course is purchased by an individual consumer, the consumer has the right to cancel their booking within 14 days of enrolment in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.
Where course materials are issued, downloaded or accessed, or where learning activities have begun during this period, the right to cancel may end once the course has commenced.
Where cancellation occurs within the applicable cooling off period, a full refund will be provided.
This clause does not apply to corporate bookings, bespoke leadership programmes, consultancy services or group training contracts.
Bookings Made Through Third Party Marketplaces
Some Mission Inc courses may be promoted or sold through third party training marketplaces or course comparison platforms.
Where a course is purchased through such a platform, the applicable consumer cancellation rights outlined above will apply.
Refunds and payment processing for bookings made through third party marketplaces will be handled in accordance with the policies and procedures of the platform through which the course was purchased.
These provisions apply only to individual consumer purchases and do not apply to corporate training agreements, consultancy services or bespoke leadership programmes provided by Mission Inc.
