Melissa has been coaching for over 15 years, both as a leader of teams within large organisations and as an independent Executive Coach. On average, she delivers between 500 and 700 hours of coaching per year

Melissa regularly attends one-to-one and group supervision and for the last 12 months this equates to approximately 40 hours.

Relevant experience

Prior to becoming an independent Executive Coach, Melissa held senior roles in learning and development, partnering with leaders and teams across multiple sectors to enhance performance, resilience, and leadership capability. She has extensive experience designing and delivering leadership development programs, and has worked with executive teams to foster courage, self-awareness, and effective team dynamics.
